Terms and payment
One booking covers one pair (two participants). The person booking and paying must be 18 or older; participants aged 16–17 need written consent from a parent or guardian. Payment is made through a secure payment link from a licensed Israeli payment provider, sent with the booking confirmation. We never ask for card details in WhatsApp messages, and a receipt is issued for every payment. The business is an Osek Patur, so no VAT is charged. Cancellation
Free date change up to 48 hours before the start. Full refund for cancellations up to 7 days (not counting days of rest) before; between 7 days and 48 hours, a 50% refund or a free date change; less than 48 hours, no refund, but the booking can be transferred to another pair. Privacy
We collect a name and a mobile number to manage your booking. We talk to customers on WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms), so message content is also processed by Meta. Some WhatsApp replies may be drafted with the help of an AI tool and are supervised by our team — you can ask for a human at any time. Reply "הסר" to stop WhatsApp updates. Messages are kept for up to 12 months. Card details are entered only with the payment provider and never pass through this site. Full privacy policy (Hebrew)
